Can I purchase individual plugins instead?
Absolutely. If you have only 1 site, you can purchase individual editions that meet your needs. Visit our plugins page.
Do I have to pay extra for support?
WPO365 support is free for everyone. You may open a support ticket at any time. Support for premium features, however, requires a valid license key for a plugin or pass. License keys are issued at the time of purchase.
What are the license keys used for?
License keys simply connect your site to ours, allowing us to send you automatic update notifications if your license key is in good standing. Likewise, we provide premium support for valid license key holders.
Do license keys restrict plugin functionality?
Absolutely not. Your plugin will work as expected whether you have your license keys activated or not. You are encouraged to test plugins on your staging site without activating license keys.
How many sites can I activate my license key on?
Indiviual plugins can be purchased for a single site. Small Business and Enterprise Access passes, however, allow you to purchase a master license key that can be activate for 10 or 50 sites. At all times you may deactivate a license key and move it to another site.
Can I request a refund?
You are more than welcome to request a refund within 30 days of purchasing your license keys. However, no refunds are allowed on the Enterprise Access Pass. View full terms and conditions.
