Track WPO365 events and get alerted

See what matters, when it happens – Track WPO365 events and get alerted. Key events include actions such as emails being sent, users being created, and logins. Alerts for these events are delivered via email, but only in cases where these events report failure.

Access to WPO365 Insights is available through the WPO365 Dashboard, as shown below.

Enable WPO365 Insights

Once enabled, the service will begin to collect key data on any of the events listed below (depending on whether you’re using WPO365 | LOGIN or WPO365 | MICROSOFT GRAPH MAILER).

Based on the features enabled, up to four cards for ALERTSLOGINUSERS, and MAIL will be displayed. An example for the MAIL insight is shown below.

To receive notifications when a critical WPO365 event occurs, you can – if a premium WPO365 plugin is detected – enable WPO365 Alerts, as shown below.
